Confidentiality & Early Information Disclosure Policy

Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, promotional materials, upcoming product launches, customer and Brand Partner lists, business reports, and any other proprietary business information. This information is provided to Brand Partners on a strict need-to-know basis and must not be shared outside of authorized channels.

Brand Partners must not use or disclose Confidential Information to compete with Young Living or for any purpose other than for promoting Young Living products and services. Unauthorized disclosures may result in account termination, legal action, and potential financial liability.

Young Living takes violations of confidentiality seriously and reserves the right to pursue all necessary remedies to protect its business interests.
